Our Company uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), regarding the Analysis/Performance Cookies. The marketing information (cookies, your personal data processed through cookies) and your transaction security information will be transferred to Google with said technology based on the legal reason of “your explicit consent” pursuant to Art. 9/1 of PDPL, and stored at the data centers/cloud bases of Google located in foreign countries in order for our Company to receive said services from Google.

Article 11 of PDPL regulates the rights of the data subjects. You can submit your claims arising from this article in writing to the registered address of our Company at Miralay Şefik Bey Sokak Akhan No:15 34437 Gümüşsuyu / İstanbul / Turkey, or e-mail address at info@dowaksa.com, or by using other methods specified in the applicable legislation pursuant to the “Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Controller.”
